We do not offer the shipment to multiple addresses for a single order. If you would like items delivered to multiple addresses, please place those orders separately.

CHANGE OF ADDRESS

It is the customer's responsibility to provide accurate and complete shipping information during the checkout process. Please ensure that the shipping address provided is correct to avoid any delivery issues or delays.
If you need to modify your shipping address, please contact us within 24 hours of placing your order at Support@customuart.com.
Once your package has been shipped, we are unable to change the address.

ORDER CHANGES AND CANCELLATIONS

Once your order is confirmed, it cannot be changed or canceled.
If you no longer want the item after it has been shipped, you may initiate a return process after receiving the item (if applicable).

ORDER TRACKING

You can track the shipment of your Products by clicking on the "Order Tracking" link in the Shipping Confirmation email. Please note such link will direct you to the courier's website, which is not controlled by us.

ORDER LATE DELIVERY

Most packages are delivered on time; however, in rare cases, orders may arrive after the estimated delivery date.Possible Reasons for Delay:

  • Incorrect or incomplete address (e.g., missing apartment, building, floor, or unit number)
  • Severe weather conditions
  • Delays in international customs procedures

RETURN & WARRANTY

RETURN

Customuart are committed to providing high-quality products and excellent customer service. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, we offer a 30-day return policy starting from the date you receive your order. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

HOW TO RETURN YOUR PACKAGE?

1.Contact our Customer Service at Support@customuart.com, indicating the item(s) you would like to return or exchange and the reason.
2.After receiving return instructions from us, package the item(s) in the original packaging.
3.Drop off your package at your local post office.Please ensure the return package is secure to avoid damage during transit, as we are not responsible for items lost or damaged during return shipping if shipped by the customer.
4.Most returns are processed once we receive your package. And refunds will be returned to your PayPal account if you paid via PayPal, or to your credit card if you paid by credit card. You will receive a confirmation email once your refund or exchange is completed.

WE DO NOT ACCEPT RETURN FOR THE SITUATIONS:

  • If 30 days have gone by since you got your items.
  • Wrong size or design: our products are all custom made order. This means you choose exactly what you want to purchase and we produce it (such as size, the design) so we DO NOT accept refund for such reasons.
  • Customer information provided was inaccurate, leading to delivery failure.
  • The product is not an original product, the product is already in use by the customer.
  • Improper care.
  • Normal wear and tear.

WE ACCEPT RETURN FOR THE SITUATIONS:

  • The request is made within 30 days of delivery.
  • Original Packaging: Unused, unwashed, undamaged.
  • Wrong goods are sent: Due to our error, such as wrong size and wrong design.
  • Damaged package: For any defective products, you can send us an e-mail at Support@customuart.com.
  • For other situations that cause you to be dissatisfied with our products, please contact us immediately with proof (such as photos and your order details) so that we can evaluate the problem and deal with it correctly.

WHAT SHOUND I DO IF I WANT TO CANCEL THE ORDER?

If you wish to cancel an order, please contact us within 24 hours. After 24 hours the item will be sent to production and we'll make the item. At that point, it cannot be cancelled.

DID NOT RECEIVE PRODUCT

If your delivery is delayed beyond the expected timeframe, you have the right to request either a refund or a replacement for your order. Please contact us at Support@customuart.com with your order details, and we will prioritize your request to ensure a prompt resolution.

EXCHANGES (IF APPLICABLE)

We only replace items that are defective or damaged, and the request must be submitted within 30 days of your purchase. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at Support@customuart.com
